Supercharger kit package weighs 70 pounds according to Fedex tracking... I'm hoping there's 5-10 lbs of boxes and what-not... also hoping that jnaut will come through with 20 pounds of weight savings on the front and net gain of 40 pounds when we add the kit
Kit arrives next Monday... then install... then updates here... targeting Sebring end of month, but will be tight |

Spohn, I've already pulled off more than that... lots of little stuff remains... plastic relay boxes that are mostly empty (except horn relay!), skinning the hood, removing little / uneeded brackets, NVH stuff, intake heater lines, etc

Remember Fedex uses dimensional weight usually not actual weight. I will be interested to know actual weight of SC kit.
I have been searching but can't find. What was weight of complete AC system? |

Just talked with Jason/Jnaut... several issues
- UD pulley galvanic corrosion and bonding to shaft... issue overcome with 3/4" drive tools - A/C delete on my car presented a few challenges in terms of lining up pulleys and finding proper belt - had a leak in power steering lines... fortunately this kit replaces all those lines, so that issue is resolved Unrelated to the SC, still have the problem with the fuel pump sending unit bracket assembly... Jnaut still trying to figure out if we just replace in kind with new OEM unit or try to mend/reinforce old unit |

Getting closer!
What is the solution to the galvanic corrosion? Presumably it is going to continue to be an issue due to the dissimilar metals. I see it all the time on hubs mounted in aluminum control arms, can be a major PITA if they have been in there a long time.
