Sweet....Stillen SC shipped today, Ark exhaust shipped, now to order oil and tranny coolers, braided lines, and fittings.

Too bad the weather is so cold, will have to wait till march to start the installs. In the mean time, guess Ill just do some more artwork to get through winter...and watch the Barret-Jackson auctions this weekend.

Ark exhaust arrives tomorrow, Stillen SC on Monday

Has anyone used the HKS Comp2 to moniter things such as boost pressure? Instead of putting in a bunch of guages, I was thinking of using that and a screen to monitor everything.

Stillen SC showed up....kinda. UPS pretty much destroyed the box which in turned did some significant damage to the main pipe, the pully, and the fuel assembly. Now the fun process of filing a claim. Grrrr of frustration.

What's the point of paying for UPS insurance if UPS can deny any claim on the basis of "UPS didnt package it"? Now I get to shell out for replacement parts that got damaged in shipping. Grrr of epic frustration. We'll see how the appeal process goes.

Well, now that UPS officially sucks...I can start with the supercharger build. Ill post progress pics as I go.

I will be making slight changes like thermal wrapping the intake, braided lines with AN fittings on everything, and things like that. Will also be installing my Ark exhaust and hfcs.

looks like we got the same exhaust... any how good luck with build.. looks like you pay attention to detail.. so finishing up the ride wont be any trouble for you..

Just ordered all my hoses and fittings. Now I just need the hfcs to show up so I can get started.

Got the exhaust on...still need to do some fine adjustment.

Its the Ark Grip V2 and Berk HFCs.

Started work on the Stillen SC kit. Got the components painted the same chameleon gold/red that I did on the car body, with polished gold lettering. Oil and tranny coolers installed. Now I need to fab my braided steel lines for the kit because the hoses that come with the kit simply look ugly.

damn is coming out clean.. can wait to see it install

Got the fuel rail assembly done and manifold in...the bolts on the underside of the Stillen manifold are a nightmare to reach, even with their special tool.

Getting closer. Just need to work on plumbing and electrical.

All thats left is to install the MAF wiring and the water intercooler.

All the lines are braided stainless, all the connectors are titanium swivel AN fittings. All the piping and underside of the plenum are thermal wrapped.

Finally got it running. Its on the Stillen tune for now until I get time to get down to AMS Performance.

It sounds great, idle is smooth. Just need to put the bumper on and take it for a spin tomorrow.

Took it for a test drive today...wow...simply wow. Drivability is great, power delivery is smooth.

The only downside is I have to adjust the Ark exhaust...like everyone else's it seems that mine also is hitting the crossmember.

This weekend I painted my Stillen lip to color-match the magnetic black. Installed it tonite, took a bit of dremel tooling to make it fit. I was kinda disappointed by the amount of massaging it took to put it on. But now it looks pretty good.
