Matrix_Squared 2009 Monterrey Blue

Guys,

I figured it was time i started a thread about my 370Z journal. I traded my Evo 9 MR on Xmas eve 2009 for this one owner(older gentleman from Tennesse) 2009 Monterrey Blue Touring/Sport/Navi.

The first modification i did was the rear fog light.

Then slowly followed as the Stillen Intakes, FI Cat-back exhaust and 20% tint.

Its been a little slow on the build since i was undecided on what to do next. I felt that the 370Z was missing something. And browsing through the forums i seen Simota1`s and BoostLee`s cars. Needless to say their cars were great inspiration for me adding a bodykit.

I purchased the JP lip from Driveline, Got the Evo-R sides and Shine rear lip add-ons from Rick at VIP status. Im glad it turned out good. I went with the Urethane Front lip just incase, and the Evo-R sides were perfect as long as someone doesnt mistaken it for a step rail. The Shine rear add ons has some fitment issue. you cant tell if you are not picky, but i am.

I ended up blacking out the fangs, i should have done the rears as well.

Future mods: supercharger or twin turbo, Venaci 20" step lip, and coilovers. Also want to swap interiors for the persimmon leather for my white leather. Berk`s high-flow cats and short shifter. Need to send my headlights to Mrworks or 180 for the modification.

Yes sir i am Filipino... I was born in Quezon city and moved to u.a.e when i was 7 and moved to Atlanta in 2001.

Yes sir... the blue one is my wife`s and white one is mine. Those two mostly sit and gets driven just in town driving. We have a CR-V for our daily commute for carpooling.

Update: Finally got to do a dyno run. 298/244 WHP/TQ with the Fast Intentions Exhaust and Stillen G3 Intakes.

Got rid of my CRV and Traded for a Honda CR-Z. 42 MPG easy on this car and regular 85 octane.
