I got my brake cooling kit halfway installed. Still working on the passenger side and having a little trouble with the metal support wire in one of the hoses so I need a new one to finish the job. Plus I've got a small leak in my power steering cooling lines I have found, so I need to work on that. Car will be in the air on jackstands a few weeks I think.
I'd like to buy the power steering cooler kit. Was the leak due to rubbing or at a connection point?

The ducting is tight. Took my dad and I to menipulate without damaging. I'd almost feel better about grinding the wheel well out a bit. But it's done now.

I'm not sure, its just a slight seep where the hose connects to the hard pipe, but that hard pipe is bent some, not quite kinked, but almost and has a gouge out of it. I think its leftover from my wreck at VIR. I will probably replace all of the hardline with flexible line and reroute it to get a little more room. Might even move the cooler to the side grill opening in my bumper if I can figure out an easy way.

Yea for sure. When running my brake duct the PS hard lines were somewhat in the way. I'm not sure why they are even there. The PS lines go from rubber to hard then back to rubber. So why not remove the hardlines and go all rubber or braided that can flex around each other. Plus the PS hard lines have two brakets that get in the way also

I'm the one that told Chris they should use this, this is what OEM manufacturers use to bond door skins, some quarter panels and bed sides.

This stuff will glue your azz to the floor and you will never get up.

When the panel bond adhesive dries(about 8hrs.)you can grind it down and even sand it,then use can use either 3m part # 5887 plastic repair or bondo to fill it in,keep in mind that once these 2 parts are installed (vents and hood)with the 8115 it doesn't move so use can use bondo or 3M 5887 to finish it.
