Esprit Wing and Varis Airduct on White Nismo
 

Hey folks, if you are curious on how the Esprit Wing looks on Nismo (very few pictures are around) here it is. of course the Varis Air duct which looks nicer in person cause of the carbon weaves.

Took a long time to get this car done as I had trouble trying to use a cobb on an 09 Nismo. anyone who has an 09 nismo should really know what they are getting into. also, (temporarily) bricking the ecu is a huge possibility. a warning.

not only does the wing look great IMO, I now have 100% visibility at the back (save for the paper thin pillars of course).

hm.......I love the esprit wing, but something looks...different about the wing in your pics... Not sure what it is but it doesn't quite look as good as I thought......

Edit: Oh it looks like you put the stands closer together in the center is that correct? Instead of further apart closer to the sides of the hatch?

The mounts on the wing are fixed. Its the exact distance on the sides of the 3rd brake light.


Oh, a warning. This install involves repaint and plugging existing holes on the aluminum hatch (not as simple as on steel).

Oh, before anyone calls me ricey, the hks sticker is sponsored by the local HKS oil distributor. I'm not sure if it's a mitigating factor.

It's wet carbon:) base is dry carbon.

Looks great. I like it. Get the lights done next. Then it will be real clean. I don't know what it is about the chrome in our lights that take away from are cars.

I'm not a fan of the intake vents on any car but that wing :yum:

Thanks guys, I think the wing really balances the car out, specifically the very nose heavy, droopy nismo front end. Easier on the eyes now for me.

Took much adjustment in Photoshop. Hehe

Cool! Will look into this, tho I hope I can do the rear lights as well. I'll look for more info on this. I hope there are good aftermarket ones out.

It's a necessity on my part. Very dismal gains despite full exhaust/cat delete +intakes. I also live in a tropical country. Gets real hot and humid in the summer.
