Yeah they won't work on iPhone. Ill have to upload them to YouTube. And the guy that was suppose to do my alignment had a heart attack..so that's on hold for a little since he's the only guy within 45 miles that will do it.

Jacob, I would use bolts and nuts with washers when you install the lip. The stillen screws were short

I was actually just about to ask you some tips lol Did you screw yours in on the insides of the bumper? and what do you think about color matching it like TypeOne did?

Boost_lee 02-18-2012 11:43 AM

yeah, I removed the bumper and put washers and nuts on the inside. I used 10-12 bolts

I think you should try paint matched. It'll be different than me :p I think it will look good with the blacked out fangs

Jacob, from my own experience with AAM shortys the tail itself is a beast! i'm sure your current setup sounds like a LTH+CBE or better! and BTW what size of pipes did you go with? i've been thinking of going back to AAM shorty once they pull the trigger for TI tips version

and your Z is looking more and more awesome! I think i'll have to book a flight to your place and steal your wheels :bowrofl:

Videos are badass Jacob! I've seen them up for a few days but I'm always viewing the forum on my iPhone so I haven't watched them until now.
Everyone is requesting drive by's in the comments, I definitely would like to see some as well but those do take more time to make and edit and what not. Great stuff

Installed my Stillen splitter today and also painted my engine cover.
I love the look of the splitter...I feel like this is what the car has been missing.
