I set the damping setting at the middle for the front and rear, the ride is a little bit stiffer than the stock, but The car handles a lot better, u can feel the bumps on the road, but the car is very stable when going over the bumps. I haven't been driving the car hard after the coilover install, but I did take some fast corners, and the car is very responsive, I felt the steering got lighter. Hope that helps
