Rubber wrapped around with a zip-tie does the fix.
Wow no I didn't know that. But I guess I'll be wrapping it up sometime next week when I have time...probably when I install my test pipes and exhaust.

Thanks for the tip bro!

Looks good. Needs alignment...the reason the steering feels so fast is because of all the negative camber you just added by lowering the car...

Already aligned. Running -1.7 front and -2.0 rear camber. The "steering feels fast" I was referring to was the balanced feel of the car and the lack of body roll, not traction.

LOL...it was snowing here 2 days ago, but melted the next morning by rain, and we had an afternoon of sunshine yesterday.

There are two AC lines situated under the driver side intake tube near the front of the car (just behind the curved part of the tube and in front of the area where you had to make the cut in the plastic frame). A piece of rubber heater hose or similar zip tied around the AC lines (I did both of them just for safe measure) will prevent the rubbing. The AC lines are only on the driver side...none on the passenger side.

Did you install front and rear camber kits too?

Yup I know where they are...I installed the intake myself lol. I didn't know it would eat through the AC line. I'll take the bumper off and wrap it next week when my kit comes in and need to be installed.

I'm not sure...it was just printed out to me at the alignment shop. I was pleasantly surprised too.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound like a nag, or make it seem like I don't think you know what you're doing. LOL. When I did my G3's I had to dig into some early G3 posts to find out about the problem and where it was located. From one of your earlier posts, it sounded like you didn't realize about the known problem, so I assumed you haven't come across the same posts. Thought I would give you the 50 words or less version to save you from having to dig and read. Again, I apologize for making that assumption.

Oh well, it worked out well for you then. The front camber is not adjustable with the OEM upper control arm. Unfortunately, my front camber was really out of whack (-1.0 on the left and -1.6 on the right) after lowering, so I ended up getting front and rear kits to bring my alignment to -2.2 front and -2.0 rear.
