a big no! haha.. the tint i got is said to be 15%.. but the shop i did it at says its pretty much around 12-13%!!.. it does keep the car cooler though :icon17:

Plasmaball 03-23-2009 06:53 PM

well CA state law is 25% for the side windows....So that has to be legal....

DJcuetip 03-23-2009 07:31 PM

i think you have it mixed up... the lower the percent.. the less light will go through therefore its darker tint..

Plasmaball 03-23-2009 10:20 PM

it seems i do....Whoops

Josh@STILLEN 03-24-2009 12:28 AM

In CA zero side tint is legal (driver and passenger windows).. rear windows and rear side windows can be.

ok just according to the website it is 25% on the sides and 4 inches coming down on the windshield.

Thats what i read.

Kyle@STILLEN 03-25-2009 01:17 PM

That is referring to the rear side windows.

CA state law is that the driver and passenger side front window's can not legally have any tint on them at all.

With that being said...Every vehicle I've ever owned has been limo.
