Right now I am shooting with the Canon T2i and the lens kit it came with, in a few weeks I will be using a Canon 5D Mark II camera with two lenses one being telephoto 70-200mm lens and a wide angle 20mm f2.8 lens to see if I want to purchase them lenses for the future, once I take pictures with that camera and those lenses I will post pictures up to see the differences. When it comes to lighting set ups all those pictures were done with available lighting, I do have the hook-ups for lighting and will use it in the future and post them up as well. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Anyways here is my comparisons: Genesis GT V6 vs. 370z/sport 1) Exterior 370z wins hands down if you ask me, I guess I notice it more now, now that I have taken pictures of both and seeing how the angles and lines flow with the cars and I must say I like taking pics of the Z more. 2)Interior can be anyones opinion cause some people like having a backseat others don't care, I for one don't need a back seat so the Z is fine for me, seats I think the Z is more comfortable than the Genesis I even purchased katzkin's leather for the genesis and the seats were still uncomfortable and katzkins makes great materials but that didn't take away the fact of the rest of the seat itself was uncomfortable. Do I miss leather, heck no lol it gets hot here so I do not care to even have leather in my car. Sunroof do not care as well, I think I used my sunroof 5x at the most when I had it. 3) Power and performance the Z takes it, but I will say that hyundai has stepped up when it comes to making a car with a little more power, I can however tell the difference when it comes to the Z and the genesis, the Z gets up and goes while the genesis lags a little and it sounds powerful but its just not all there yet. Need to mention both cars unfortuneatly are auto so the only thing I can say about shifting wise is the paddleshifters in which I think the Z responds better than the genesis when it comes to shifting with them. 4) Suspension and handling, this is one of the biggest differences in the two I think. The genesis suspension really blows if you ask me, I take the same roads every day and with the genesis when I hit even small bumps that car felt like it was going to fall apart, it almost felt like I didn't have seats or a bottom to my car and that my a** was just dragging on the ground. The Z is way smoother I hit the same bumps and I barely feel them and on top of it I can hit them going 10-15mph more and still not feel them compared to the genesis, the genesis I would have to slow wayyyy down and it still felt like I hit a 6 foot hole lol. Handling the Z is better, I feel more in control than I did with the genesis, it takes turns better, it doesn't want to pull one way, the Z brakes better as well. I'm trying to see if I have forgotten anything, all in all I think the Z has a lot more pros than the Genesis, do I think that hyundai created a nice car yes they did but being it just came out I think they have a few things to work on. Do I regret selling the Genesis, far from it, I am so happy with my Z I have yet to look back, nor will I. Remind you this is just my opinion I'm sure there will be genesis owners who will beg to differ but me owning one for a year and a couple months and owning this one for a month I must say I am more pleased with this ride. If I missed anything else and you have more questions just feel free to ask. |
