Never thought of that option. Heck, I haven't even researched that option. We're all waiting for you to tell us how it's done.

Maybe I'm missing something but on tire rack they sell the spare TPMS and I was looking into this as an option when I thinking about running winter tires. I didn't think I would need an extra computer.

Well, the tpms computer only recognizes 4 sensors at a time. So each time you switch wheels, you would have to go to the dealer for a tpms reset. Thats all well and dandy if the dealer does it for free, but I know my dealers down here hate their customers, so they will want to charge me $100 for it every time.

Thanks, I was wondering how you were just yesterday actually! Breathing eh? Hope you're breathing at least a little easier now. Thanks buddy. Its about to go through a couple more changes and I'd like to say I'm nearly done, but then I'd have to also say that's probably a big lie.
PS. your "view" of my journal just put me one over on Travis' for the first time. Take that Travis. Last edited by RCZ; 01-12-2011 at 07:50 PM. |
