Well, I ran EBC Yellow on my 350Z with a StopTech BBK as my everyday street pads. They worked great. I never tracked them though. But according to you they're track pads, right? And you're right -- I checked with EBC and they are indeed track pads. So maybe EBC Yellows are the exception to the rule that there's no such thing as a pad that's good for both street and track (?).

interesting, I ran the Reds and were great, only squealed once in a blue moon and stopped great, but I know people that tracked them and they were notup to the extreme temps.

that is cool the yellows were good for you on the street, for the track I have seen some seasoned guys give up on the yellows though and switched to Carbotechs

There is no one size fits all. In the warmer climates you can get away with running a track pad on the street but you will pay the price of noise and dust and shortened rotor life. If you wash your car every weekend then the dust might not be an issue for you.
