Awesome write up here. I'm looking to move to Tampa area, buy a Z, and do some track days and start the mod-insanity over the next year. This has been an informative thread.

With that said, let's try to keep the off-topic replies and bumps and comments off of here so only the important stuff gets said...... well crap.... I just screwed up THAT idea.

okay, okay, i can read the sign

So RCZ, you said you had a WRX or STI in one of these 18 pages of thread, so you like the Z alot better I take it? Supposedly the WRX or STI can get better track times with a lot less money, anyhow, I guess i'm deciding between the Z and Subie, leaning toward the Z.

Definitely go with the Z. Way more fun and I think it can be made to go pretty quick around the track. It's probably as fast as my STI was now. The Z is so much more enjoyable.

Very good write up, I am still on your intro page but well worth the time to read all 18 pages to catch up.

Btw: great color choice!

Cheers

I've decided to pick up some Stillen sway bars (surprise) to get rid of my last bit of body roll, expect a review with pictures and video in the following weeks. Will try and get a stock Z to do a comparison slalom video of stock vs kwv3 vs kwv3+sways.

Looks like you are going for a full out Stillen car minus the suspension. I hope Stillen is giving you some sort of a kick back on the parts for repping a Stillen car.

Can't wait to see the video.

What do you mean? Maybe you saw another 370.... Also, I saw a red Nismo and a PG touring on the beach saturday during the day, I thought no one had Nismos here yet.

Lol, your tag. I thought it was the same one that I saw on Friday. That 370 had some mods and was murdering a LOT of cars. I haven't seen a Nismo on the road but they're at Esserman Nissan IIRC.

RCZ, I was wondering what you thought about my tuning options for certain things?? I am not much of a tuning guy or a track day beast so I don't really know much..
What do you think about HKS III Coilovers?
Also is the driveshaft rattle because of the light Aluminum flywheel..bad...(I'm a bit of a sissy and kinda want some comfort in my car
One last thing...Any lightening tips you can give for my Z??
