Nice what did it roughly put down on the dyno? It sounds like you are having boost creep, which is common in internal wastegates. Did you check if both turbos

Nice what did it roughly put down on the dyno? It sounds like you are having boost creep, which is common in internal wastegates. Did you check if both turbos are creeping or just one particular side. Chances are if both are creeping, you may have to either bore out the wastegate hole in the turbine housing to allow more flow or go external.
