It has little metal tabs with what looks like resin gooped on one end to hold it on. Then you just fold them down through a hole in the mesh.

It has little metal tabs with what looks like resin gooped on one end to hold it on. Then you just fold them down through a hole in the mesh. I still need to cut those pieces down I was in a hurry when I put them in.
