Hey I am not doubting there easy to install my only concern is drilling holes to line it up. There are spots in the skirts that look like that's where

Hey I am not doubting there easy to install my only concern is drilling holes to line it up. There are spots in the skirts that look like that's where they should be drilled at but I am unsure. Is that the spots you pit the holes in? Thanks for your help man goes appreciated
