Nissan Canada does NOT warranty US vehicles unless u buy from them, and purchase the 3rd person warranty, but no dealership will sell a US model in a Canadian dealership..... Im sure you, Gale didn't care for warranty lol

 That is crazy!

You're right, if the car is brand spanking new, as in you are the first owner. The way around this is, the car must be registered in the US for 6 months before importing it. Mine was a "demo" with 6k miles on it when I brought it over. I had some things fixed under warranty without issue (before I started modding).

Smart move

Have 150 miles on the Juke so far going easy for now until it is broken in. Its hard to resist spooling that little turbo though. Getting back to a single turbo (even though its tiny) is awesome. I have noticed a little bit a turbo lag at times I am going to research ways of fixing it. It may have to do with the CVT at lower speeds I think.

Juke Update:

On the 25th I was standing on a curb letting the wife into the car and noticed 5-6 deep scratches on the roof of the Juke. Car was dropped off at 7AM on the 26th and we still have no word on when it will be ready. Nissan of Brandon sucks so bad. Other than my awesome sales man that has been with them a handful of years, the place makes me want to go postal LOL.

Z Update:

I drove the Z to work 3 days in a row seeing if I could reconnect with it. Nope, still happy with the decision to sell it. It was a blast though, I forgot how much attention and conversation this thing gets. While we were handy out candy on Halloween neighbor's couldn't stop saying how much they loved the Z. It is going to suck to not have a bad *** car for a while in the garage.

Current plan:

GTR or C7 within a year :driving:

Thats my plan but plans change. A small portion of the company I work for was just sold a few days ago, so I hope to still have my job a year from now. If things stay good it looks like I can get into a 2-3 year old GTR within my budget or a brand new to 1 year old C7.

First polish and wax of the season. Even though shes for sale I still love her! Pictures suck but wanted to share them anyway.

I may try to get her out to a show on the 19th as well. Took best Nissan/Infinity at it last year.

Awesome Z! So clean.

Soooo it's late the Z isn't getting much love on the market. I have always been a single turbo junkie......I'm tossing the idea of doing a deal to swap my GTM kit for a BP Single. Only way it will work though is if a local has the money for my kit plus install.

We could agree on a local shop to do the install of both kits, plus the removal of mine to save some cash. I thought about doing a for sale thread but thought I would bounce it off you guys first.

It will be a good deal for who ever wants to do it but I don't want to short myself to much. What do you think a GTM Stage 1 turn key would be worth. It will include everything that originally comes with the kit. So it's going to be turn key pretty much. The kit has around 12k miles on it.

Hey bro! Glad to see you are keeping the Z. I love single turbo builds also but I highly don't recommend it at all on this platform. The twin setups perfectly suit the VHR and that GTM kit you have is great.

Can you explain a little more detail. I know you have the S&R kit which is quite different than the BP kit.

Glad you're keeping her but man am I surprised she didn't go in the first month....

You're planning on a monster single turbo ey...... This will be interesting to follow:tup:

Why do you want to change your set up?
