Exhaust
Wonder why they didn't just come clean about this issue upfront? It wasn't their doing.... they would have been seen as protecting you and your investment... Provided actual customer service rather than trying to hide the issue. You would think companies would realize this. Honesty is the best policy.

Man Rob you need some good fortune for a change !!! Sorry brother.. I just hope the repairs don't throw off any of the alignment. Gotta keep those tips centered.. I bit the bullet and decided to build my own 3 inch exhaust.. $220 in materials, hell ya..

Well I was gone on vacation when I made my previous post. Look what email I came home to.....
Dear Sir Robert, I am Hidehito Atsumi from ZELE Performance in Japan. I am the officer to manage all our products. I am very sorry for you in this time though, we, ZELE Performance, can't provide you the strut bar because it is already out of production. We appologize you we have missed to tell the information to ZELE USA accurately. We hope you can understand and keep using our products in the future. Sincerely, -- ------------------------------------------------- ZELE Performance Inc. Hidehito Atsumi Overseas Marketing Division E-mail:atsumi@zeleperformance.com Phone:+81-45-253-8668 FAX:+81-45-330-4849 www.zeleperformance.com Available Time:10:00am to 6:00am on M W Th F(JST) ------------------------------------------------- I am so pissed I asked about 3 weeks ago if this was true and was told no. Ordered back in November. This was my "special part" I was going to surprise people with because of how rare it is. I have a really bad taste in my mouth right now. Since I still have my factory bumpers im thinking of going back to stock with a nice lip kit or something and using the extra money from selling the kit to do my motor build. Who knows, maybe I will get over it, I kind of sound like a whiny brat right now.

That sucks. Give it some time, stuff happens. I wouldn't change your car for someone else's mistake. The kit is on, looks great, time to think of the next mod, forget about Zele.

I actually have not fooled with it anymore yet. My lower back has been messed up for a few weeks now and I do not want to strain to pull the seats back out. With the strut bar not coming with the Zele branding im thinking of pulling the seats anyway.
Glad you got yours all sorted out though. Did they tell you what they done to fix the problem?

For the trunk, is about those bumper rubber things where people put a coin for the trunk trick those things must be pulled out to make pressure that fixed my noisy and lose trunk. All remains because of the amuse wing. The nismo rubbers are bigger. Im mad because i picked up my car yesterday and today i scratched my bumper on the left almost bottom side but i really don't care it will stay like that. The only "problem" i got i that my door handle never opens when you press the button. The shop said that there is an issue with the module and there is no signal from the BCM (i don't know if this gotta do with the miles resetingthey did) and...if i buy new one they can code it but there is no software here which sucks. So it stays like that |
