They worked out a deal for Zele to repair them and when complete air frieght them back to the U.S. I was offered a small refund to suffice my displeasure.

Im still very unhappy with the way they dealt with the problem. Depending on the time it takes to resolve this 100% I may not do business with them again. I may end up getting my other goodie before the exhaust lol

Ask for 100% money back then. No more or get a new one nothing more to decide

Exhaust

Wonder why they didn't just come clean about this issue upfront? It wasn't their doing.... they would have been seen as protecting you and your investment... Provided actual customer service rather than trying to hide the issue. You would think companies would realize this. Honesty is the best policy.

Dude I'm sorry to hear about the exhaust, people are shady its hard to trust people like that especially with your hard earned money :shakes head:

Man Rob you need some good fortune for a change !!! Sorry  brother.. I just hope the repairs don't throw off any of the alignment. Gotta keep those tips centered.. I bit the bullet and decided to build my own 3 inch exhaust.. $220 in materials, hell ya..

You dog! I will be the only full Zele in the US when everything comes in though!

I am so pissed I asked about 3 weeks ago if this was true and was told no. Ordered back in November. This was my "special part" I was going to surprise people with because of how rare it is. I have a really bad taste in my mouth right now.

Since I still have my factory bumpers im thinking of going back to stock with a nice lip kit or something and using the extra money from selling the kit to do my motor build. Who knows, maybe I will get over it, I kind of sound like a whiny brat right now.

simota1 04-22-2013 03:15 AM

:( im sorry man.....

Unique_Z 04-22-2013 03:58 AM

I'm sorry for that buddy.. I'd do the same if i were you

GaleForce 04-22-2013 04:26 AM

That sucks. Give it some time, stuff happens. I wouldn't change your car for someone else's mistake. The kit is on, looks great, time to think of the next mod, forget about Zele.

I agree. You have a great looking car with rare mods...don't let the strut bar ruin your game.

Hey robert, is everything fine with your seats and the airbag light for you?

I picked up my car today. The ugly light is gone and some other things

Mr&Mrs 04-22-2013 11:35 PM

I actually have not fooled with it anymore yet. My lower back has been messed up for a few weeks now and I do not want to strain to pull the seats back out. With the strut bar not coming with the Zele branding im thinking of pulling the seats anyway.

Glad you got yours all sorted out though. Did they tell you what they done to fix the problem?

For the airbag light you must install the weight sensor.

For the trunk, is about those bumper rubber things where people put a coin for the trunk trick those things must be pulled out to make pressure that fixed my noisy and lose trunk. All remains because of the amuse wing. The nismo rubbers are bigger.

Im mad because i picked up my car yesterday and today i scratched my bumper on the left almost bottom side but i really don't care it will stay like that.

The only "problem" i got i that my door handle never opens when you press the button. The shop said that there is an issue with the module and there is no signal from the BCM (i don't know if this gotta do with the miles resetingthey did) and...if i buy new one they can code it but there is no software here which sucks. So it stays like that
