Glad it wasn't a engine issue.

I was worried there for a minute.

Mr&Mrs 06-10-2013 10:26 PM

Me too brother! I always think the worst! I have had no experience with this situation before though. I have had many new exhaust systems and this has never happened. So my mind went straight in the gutter :icon17:

Soooo Nut_N_Much went to get his Stillen SC tuned today and I was off so couldnt pass it up. I have been wanting to get my canned tune tweaked anyway. It was a bad day to do it for bragging rights numbers but my baseline + tweaks were outstanding.

I think my WHP peaked at 417-19 (16 over baseline) and dont remember the lbs of torque but I picked 28-40 through the entire RPM range. I could really feel it on the trip home. Not bad for 100+ temps and IAT's over 98 degrees.

I will go back in the winter and get a baller number :icon17:

Stupid me forgot to record my own car :shakes head: but here is Joes.

I feel like sh_t man, I was to busy staring at your car I didn't record yours either. Sorry brother, we shall defiantly do this again this winter. Hopefully I'll figure out what my issues are and have better runs.

I would like to take this opportunity to say "holy crap :driving:" your car planted me in the seat when you took off. I love that car...

My other hobby I get to have fun with twice a year. My dad and I have been doing little backyard shows for around 18 years now. Here is a little snip from the show we just put on for a friend of ours last night. Enjoy!

Couple pics from a Cars and Coffee yesterday. Worked 12 hours overnight and Ryan (98intrigue) invited me to go. How could I say no to that?! Got home at 430 AM quick detailed and waxed her then off to the C&C. Got to see 2 new Vipers and the Jaguar F-Type  they were killer! I had a great time but was only able to stay an hour because I was falling asleep standing up :icon17:

http://www.rhdjapan.com/zele-fz-tita...ower-bar-59783

My bad if its not the right one or if you tried these guys already but figured I'd pass it along.

Mr&Mrs 07-11-2013 04:50 PM

Thanks I will see what they say but Zele emailed me personally to inform me they stoped making the bar. Unless for some reason someone has one in stock from a long time ago it isnt going to happen for me.

Well the stock clutch finally went out. I cant give it much gas in any gear or she slips. Just ordered a Z1 package good for 500 WHP new upgraded CSC and SS lines. The clutch has never really held the power so im excited to get this in and feel all the power making it to the ground. I have a good feeling this was the culprit of my somewhat low dyno numbers as well.

Ha, about time! That ride you have me was pretty bad.

Mr&Mrs 08-26-2013 09:51 PM

I know :icon17: at the same time I am impressed at how long it held up to the power though. This is only the second or third time I drove it since then too.

This is an older pic, I got a new lip, the chip in the bumper and small crack in the fender needs repaired still. I am going to try and drive it to a body shop over the next three days. That is if the clutch allows me to do so.

Is it an early show? I work the night before and that night. If I could get there early spend an hour or two then head home for a nap its possible...

Mr&Mrs 09-02-2013 10:01 PM

Well something under the paint in my driver side headlight started to bubble (or fish eye) a little while back. Joe is going to help me out and fix them for me. I plan on changing things up a bit while we are inside again. Let me know what you guys think and any ideas or opinions.

1) The better looking Halos (xB I think)
2) Repaint Housing
3) Repaint Shrouds
4) Tie in black accent somewhere
5) Extra blue L.E.D for my demon eyes 1 isnt bright enough

So my idea is to use little to no black this time. I really like the color of MBlue with no clear coat on it. So I am going to do one of two combinations, Flat MBlue housing with Cleared MBlue Shrouds, or vice versa. I feel like I need a black accent because that has been my theme with the whole car, but im not sure where to add it. I was thinking leaving a black Halo around the actual Halo light on the large shroud and keep the blinker shroud all black. I have other ideas for the black too but im undecided.

Reference of Flat MBlue:

docaam 09-03-2013 01:04 AM

Nice to go a bit different route :)

Mr&Mrs 09-10-2013 02:19 PM

Headlights are out waiting for Joe to pick them up. Here comes crunch time as usual with me....I need all my new clutch components (still waiting on back ordered Zspeed CSC) installed, headlights, and very very minor body work to fix my encounter with a moron. I need it all done by the end of the month, why? Because I want to go to ZNats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

speedfreek 09-10-2013 02:41 PM

Good luck man! Hope you get it everything done and buttoned back up before end of the month. I have few things left to do as well. Clocks ticking....

OMGWTFBBQ 09-10-2013 07:24 PM

You should do flat MB housing, gloss MB projector shrouds, black reflector (the piece that used to be amber).

Just a random question, but where is the paint bubbling up?

Nut_N_Much 09-11-2013 07:39 PM

The paint bubbled in random places.. It didn't look like it was from heat damage. I used an off the shelf sandable primer with his REA Code from AutoTouch up. I shouldn't have bubbled at all.

Same combination on 5 sets I have done. This go around I have Auto Touch up everything. Primer, Base, Clear all from same source and designed to work together.

It still has me concerned. When we painted the lights had been cleaned and dried. His shroud looks like chicken pox's. Sorry buddy, I'll get the fixed up, waiting on soda blaster I ordered the same day I picked the lights up.

LED's are here so were ready to start.. :tiphat:
