This is going to be quite an un expected shocker but we traded the wifes Z in today for an Xterra. Some of you may know we are looking for another house and she decided that it would be a good idea to trim some fat in the stable. Plus we have always wanted a truck or suv.

So if anyone is looking for a badass Z Nissan of Brandon has ours! Get with me before you go to buy it and I will hook you up with my sales person.

:icon14:

Congrats on the house. You can do some pretty cool mods to the Xterra :stirthepot:

Mr&Mrs 02-13-2013 04:25 AM

We are still searching with builders right now, and going thru the process of renting our current house out.

I know I have already been looking at mods for it! :rofl2: I cant leave anything alone.

omm370z 02-13-2013 10:18 AM

New house :D!

Btw the contest is very gay because they won't let you drive your car, they got a driver that will drive your car against yours...bah

Mr&Mrs 02-13-2013 10:44 AM

So it can kind of be rigged it sounds like too. When it comes down to the race anyway.

We are really excited for the house this will be our first new built home that we can do up the way we want.

Nut_N_Much 02-13-2013 06:39 PM

I am in shock:eek:!!!! I can do a strait axle conversion on that Xterra for ya!!!! Man I'm sad to see the Z go. But that's awesome about the house! Congratulations man..

:hello:

Mr&Mrs 02-16-2013 06:32 AM

Good news! Got our house, and we only have to wait three months because another buyer backed out of the same floor plan we were going to build. So no 6 month wait for us!

Sadly though we may not make Zdayz because we are prjected to close the week of.

Nut_N_Much 02-16-2013 06:39 AM

Hell no!!! I can call them and put the hammer down on and earlier date. Man, that sucks.

Little update (sorry no pictures of anything): Finally got the seats back from the painter and they look awesome! I just hope the material I picked out for them looks just as good. The upholster said he will try and have them done by Friday for me.

I couldnt take it anymore and called Bulletproof to see WTF was up with my Zele exhaust because I was told like 3 weeks ago it was in port, and would be shipping soon. I was told I should have shipping info tomorrow......we'll see.

Z RATED OKC 02-26-2013 04:32 PM

Can't wait to see pics  hopefully that exhaust comes in soon!!!

Im sure everything is fine man.... Btw could u pm me how much ur Zele exhaust cost? Im debating between top secret and powerhouse amuse.... But if a zele is somewhere near those two i might just get zele.... And get swap out my kit for a real kit because i am in love with ur car man and feel guilty for rockin a rep amuse :(

Mr&Mrs 02-26-2013 05:43 PM

Sending PM now, but as far as price its going to be a guess. I ordered a few things all at once and got some discounts. It should be close though.

As far as pics of the seats I do not have any :shakes head: I had intentions of taking photos thru the process but I keep forgetting the camera when I go. I hope to have them in this weekend for a little show but time frames are never met, im already a week late on what I asked them. I will admit some of it was my fault being busy with house stuff.

Some teaser's will be posted as soon as they are in my hands. I also have to pick up my 4.7ohm resistors and stuff for the seat belt harnesses and cross my fingers that the weight sensor works right the first time :ugh2:

Rob, congrats on the house purchase! We will have to breakin the new garage with another mod day.

Do you have suggestions for paint and upholstery (the shops you're using maybe)? I'm looking to have some paint and upholstery work done on my car.

Mr&Mrs 02-27-2013 03:15 AM

I have been using the same painter now for 3 years he does a pretty good job for the price. As far as the upholster im using Diamond Dave (im sure you know him). We will see how it turns out if I would send anyone his way, this job is a little different than what he normally does.

Thanks for the congrats as well. Know anyone looking to rent a nice little house in the Riverview area?

No idea on the renter, but good luck!

I just want to have some interior pieces painted for now, so it's not a big job. I had Diamond Dave do my suede A-pillar pod on my G35 coupe back in the day. I didn't know if be was still in business. What's his phone number and address? I don't have it anymore.

Mr&Mrs 02-27-2013 04:54 PM

His number is 813-627-0390 has a small setup in the shops behind the Dairy Queen on 60.

Well 4 weeks and counting Customs has not cleared the container with my exhaust in it! I should be picking up my seats tomorrow "fingers crossed".

Im growing tired of all of this  but then I always think of Ryans troubles and it gives me a little more patience.

NOT worth spilling tears. I had to wait almost 12 months to get my car and even with some flaws.

Mr&Mrs 03-07-2013 04:01 PM

Snapped a couple shots of the seats. Standing in the shop now still not done and the wrong emblem in the headrest. Im going to leave it though because i dont want anymore drama.

At least you can go any time to see them . I always had to ask pictures of my items

Mr&Mrs 03-07-2013 07:03 PM

Well I left the shop empty handed and probably a few more days away from having the seats. He wouldn't discount the wrong emblem enough for me. So I said rip it apart and give me the one I asked for if its going to be like that.

The good news is they look pretty sweet and im going to still have the seat warmers. The emblem in the headrest was just supposed to be a simple thing the Zele logo, im not sure how he messed that up. It is being fixed though!

Couple teasers! The harness openings were also painted the same color as the car/seat shell. Let me know what you guys think.

Mr&Mrs 03-08-2013 05:38 AM

Thanks guys! I cant wait to see them tight and steamed smooth (that sounds a little dirty :yum: ).

Mr&Mrs 03-08-2013 07:00 PM

Im not even going to get into the story but I WILL NOT, WILL NOT recommend this guy to anyone ever! I wish I was on a bunch of forums to bash this guy from one end of the spectrum to the other but im not so, meh.

The seats look great and came out exactly how I wanted as far as my overall vision. How ever the attention to detail is lacking, and quality is not top notch like I expect.

Anyway here are some finished shots, oh and mad props to my painter as usual.
