Maybe she'll return the favor and buy me TE37's LOL

Cool man, I think I'm gonna hit up a Thunderhill event if I miss this June's Infineon event. I'm still a little hesitant in ordering the tickets for it right now because I only have 2 buddies that are interested but tentative.

A Laptop for some TE37 eh? haha, good luck making her fall for that one. These are really nice mods man! Right now I only have $300 left after spending it on my oil cooler, but I know I should prolly save it towards paying off my wedding. =( sucks being poor.

Just FYI, if you by any chance want to switch to braided lines for the oil cooler, I have all the accessories need to put it together if you just buy the line and fittings.

Did AEM ever get back to you on whether or not there would be a custom Nismo variant of the intakes?

Most likely not, but I'm working with them to modify some of the attachment/mounting points. Besides the slight rubbing issue, the only issue is the mounting of the washer reservoir, which you will need to trim the ducting for.

Hrm, well keep the thread updated? I wish there were a single intake that fit the following principles:

1. No cutting the radiator support (Injen CAI)
2. Proper wiper fluid bottle replacement (Injen CAI)
3. MAF sensor upgrade to prevent the car from running lean (AEM CAI)
4. Fits Nismo bumper ducting
5. Won't interfere with oil coolers

So far AEM's been pretty receptive to my comments...after all I'M doing all the legwork for modifications, not them. I'll let you guys know well how my modifications work for this.

Altstadt Type-II's. Extremely rare and never sold/imported to the US, they also have been discontinued for quite some time. There's only three intact sets in the entire country to my knowledge.

I bought my set from a friend who got them in Japan. They were actually two pairs with different finishes. I had them fully hand polished to match.

yo Victor, did u paint or powder coat the wheels? what color?

I wanted to do mine in k11 but in person it looks too brown. Yours look just a bit lighter than the ones on the 40th...or are ur wheels not painted at all and I shouldn't be awake posting stuff this late? lol thanks!
