off topic, but i'd like to mention...frack? battlestar galactica fan, are we?

i echo sentiments of people who have posted already, but FWIW, i wouldn't go with the nismo. i do like my touring package, thank ye very much haha

There is no real point to going with the nismo unless you want to save as much weight as possible, as in no navigation, heated leather seats, etc. If you are like most of us and you are planning to mod the car, get a touring + sport. It is the best price/performance combination for modders who like to be comfortable :) Judging by the car you are coming from, that probably includes you.

The size issue is what is the deal breaker in the new muscle cars.

My friend has an 03 z06 and I love it, it's a beast, sexy as hell, sounds great. comfy, hell it even corners well.

but it's so HUGE. You really feel the size of the thing when driving around town, and washing it is a nightmare.

They need to get on the page and shrink it down some more. Lambo does and they do alright :P

Yup, touring plus sport if you want the leather, power seat etc, otherwise get a base Sport. The Nismo is a waste of money IMO as they didn't add any significant performance to it for the $6000 premium over a base Sport.

The car will probably feel tiny the first time you drive it compared to the Challenger, but I think you will like the way it handles.

thanks for all the replies fellas. gonna check out the options and models on Nissans website and then check out a dealer and test drive a couple.

any good dealers in Cali, I'm willing to travel to get a good deal. Not trying to pay 40kplus for one
