Actually I just remembered that I have a more accurate small scale in the kitchen that I use for cooking ingredients. My stock pulley came out to 4.75 lbs there, with an accuracy of roughly +/- 0.05, so pretty much right in line with Stillen's reported number for it.

A little OT, but I finished my pit bike side project today. Took my old BMX bike from my youth and powdercoated it to match the car so now I have something for my fat *** to ride around the pits at the races instead of walking lol...

lol thanks. Its a DK General Lee frame that I built from the frame up. The frame and all of the parts are from 2001-2002 so I am sure the whole thing is outdated now, but it was a cool park/street bike back then!
