Sharing suspension upgrade.

Old coilovers (KW V3):



New coilovers (Custom made 3-way, made using similar components to AST/Moton, but with even higher adjustability):







I'm starting with spring rates of 16kg front / 7 kg rear. Just in case that will be too soft, I bought extra set of springs (18kg front / 8 kg rear).

Will post an update after first track session.

Here is a video how badly KW V3 was performing on track, especially on slicks. KW is a great street suspension, but for serious track use I don't recommend it:

Sucks KW never made ClubSport version for the Z34. I've heard people complaining V3 being too soft more serious track use.

Yes indeed. My friend has KW ClubSport on 350Z and that suspension is in completely different league to KW V3. Here is a video of how much better it performs:

Clubsport is a real deal. In opposite to KW V3, it's tuned on Nurburgring, it has much stiffer, linear springs and proper top mounts. Clubsport is well suited also for trackdays, while V3 is strictly street suspension
