Froiwok's Z Journal

Hello! I've been needing to do a journal of my car's progress for a while now!

Backstory
When growing up my dad had multiple sports cars growing up but my favorite was always the Datsuns(280z/280zx). I love how the 370z looks like an evolution of that. My goal for this car is to have a fun car that I can occasionally drive on the weekends when the weather permits. I'd also like to be able to say I got a 370z with 370hp(crank) and hopefully, with my mods, I believe I'm in that range however I haven't been on a dyno yet.

Had my parts installed. My front camera was defective and subwoofer on passenger side is rattling/buzzing noise at low volumes. First time using android auto haven't gotten used to it yet. Besides that loving it!

Update:
Blew the 80a fuse on the power wire O'Reilley's only had 60a fuses so it'll have to do for now. After doing some extra research I'm worried that I didn't get a good enough amp wiring kit. It's 4g wire but it's 90% aluminum 10% copper, 80a inline fuse and my amp has 3 40amp fuses on the back of it.

The way I had it setup was the 2 Subwoofers were set at 1ohm so I believe they should be getting 1200watts

So I think I should have gotten the knukonceptz 4g kolossus wiring kit and I don't want to go back through with rewiring T-T

Also there's definitely something wrong with the subwoofer that was rattling/buzzing. When I press down on both cones the one making the noise has a little bit of resistance.

Ordered new infinity ref1200s shallow mount subwoofers. These should be a better match for the zenclosures .70 cu ft per chamber volume sealed

I ordered front/rear reconditioned Akebono calipers but they're out of stock with no ETA. Ordered from a second retailer and the same thing happened again.

Parts that have come in
Stoptech SS brake lines
Rotors & Brake pads
Motul 600 dot 4 brake fluid 1L
SPC toe bolts
Front sway bar end links
Tein Flex Z coilovers

Parts I plan to have installed while brakes & suspension are being done.
Whiteline front sway bar
SPL rear camber arms

My initial hope was to have this all installed before going out to the Colorado mountains at the end of July. However, with the Calipers having no ETA I will drive up there without the parts and will go back another time with the parts to be able to notice the difference.

Update
I also found a body shop to install my EVO-R 3pc front lip, Vicrez front/side splitters. Will hopefully get this done before mid August!
