I have an adapter for an oil pressure gauge sensor in the stock oil pressure port. Was always uncomfortable with the finger-breadth of clearance between the sensor at the end of the adapter and the sway bar. If I recall correctly, the sway bar, when the Z is on jacks, will be right where the metal braid begins on the side of your line that goes into the OEM port. Just by eyeballing it, I'd be concerned about clearance with the distribution block too. If I get the Z up on the QJ this weekend I'll try and get measurements from the sway bar to the bottom edge of the upper oil pan for you.

Yeah he's helped me in the past with the fuel system and drag tire setup info.
I did email him right after I saw they were out of stock so hopefully they aren't that far off the horizon.

No firm date on if they are going back into production. I'll have to wait till it's back in the car to figure out what it will clear etc.
In related news the CMAK should ship out early next week.

This was one of the lines I didn't get to test before. Clearly that won't fit I've ordered a 6AN male to female 90* fitting in hopes it will clear. I can also cut at least 1/8 out of the center of the fitting for a smidge more room Passenger actuator in the stock location with the compressor reclocked to bring the outlet closer to the engine mount (frame rail clearance). The actuator can't stay where it is for clearance reasons That angle obviously wont work either One additional hole later and the actuator is in it's new home...almost I'll be modifying the bracket to bolt to the tapped boss perpendicular to it I've got one hell of a pie cut fight to get the intake to snake through that opening between the ac compressor and the ac line. My new oil feed solution. I had this piece before but I am not sure if I'll be able to plug in the bottom connector. I'll figure that out when the motor is in.

Well that's sorted. I forgot the 2.5" piping at home so no pizza slices today for the drivers side intake

My coolant return solution. All of the coolant lines are now assembled, just need to sort out the passenger side block feed and thats that. Passenger side intake sorted as well. I'll get the CMAK later on today from Fedex so the plan of action is to get the motor with the turbos permanently on and plumbed put back in the car. I can do the timing covers etc with the motor in no problem. I am choosing to do it this way so I can start to fab the downpipes and exhaust. That way once the timing stuff is installed I wont be delayed in doing all the small things to start up.

So if you look at the valve cover breather ports, the actual hole is no larger than 3/16". I still need to deburr but what a difference it makes trying to blow air through it. Drivers side intake is finally "done". It only required one pizza slice and 2 strategic dent's for the engine mount bracket and a nub on the ac compressor

Horrible pictures but the last coolant fitting finally clears. In related news the garage construction should start early august.

So when I installed the first CMAK my dumb *** decided to put red loctite on the throw out bearing sleeve bolts, which for reference are allen head M6. I had to drill them out to remove the original.
In a successful "do not try this at home" moment I welded a nut to each of the broken bolts with my eyes closed. I usually keep my welding helmet in the daily but I forgot it at work yesterday. With those gone That OS Giken ready CMAK tho I noticed that it's still weeping some transmission fluid from the bottom 2 bolts this morning. I'll have to drain the transmission, brake clean the holes and use some sealant on those bolts. Sounds easy enough till I realized we are out of Motul at work. Valvoline GL4 MTF it is.
