Madwi's picture dump and crap

Still need to do passenger side. I have a brand new pack of discs for the grinder and I cant find them. I tore everything in the garage and basement apart looking for them.

Will have to see if I can find some locally today.
EW complains about me not letting him help work on the car so I'll have to let him give me a hand when it comes time to riveting the vents in place.

I recommend a reamer on those cut edges. I have a cheap one that works wonders. You going to coat the cut edge with something?

I have a sheet metal deburr tool that I will break the edges with. Yes to coating the edges. Not sure what to use. I need to stroll about the paint aisle at the parts store.

You could cold galvanize it. They sell it in a spray can at Home of Pot. I just spray some of it in a disposable cup and brush it on.

Be careful with where you set the cup down. It eats thru a solo plastic cup of you just leave it sitting there.
