Having did my share of reading about the new mid engine LT2 C8 Corvette and almost purchased one myself I know GM will have problems with their mid engine design as well as carrying on their tradition with drivetrain issues and needing to be upgraded by the customer. Also I would expect these mid engine LT2’s to have motor oil consumption issues. I am happy I held off on getting a Corvette as my Z is overall a lot more reliable and dependable to own comparing to the Corvette good luck. GM thought they had a better idea? I would rather purchase a GTR instead and support Nissan.

A base Vette and a G-TR aren’t the same price range. That’s like saying I don’t think I’d be happy with this $100 jacket, I’d rather buy the $200 one. |

The maintenance schedule on it is for a trust fund baby. It's worse then a GTR.

I have never owned a mid engine vehicle before and would love to cross it off the list. The 'vette is definitely in the right price range and to me, it is very easy on the 'ol peepers. |
