Need to put a few coffers into the garage fund after recuperating from the turbo and supporting mods purchases. I would like to buy a rolling jack for the lift so I dont have to engineer a solution for taking the wheels off while on the lift.

LOL yea...
I've been looking at this one: https://www.harborfreight.com/3-ton-...ump-64241.html I saw it on sale once, years ago for $159. Probably just bite the bullet soon.

Oh now I see what you mean by rolling lol... that one is just a hair nicer and more convenient than the one I posted. Probably only a hair more expensive, too

Oh I remember those days. Chuck and I did mine in two weekends. One weekend of tear down and mechanical and the second was fuel and electronics. Fired up first time! |

Just don’t rush it and double check your work before you move on. |

JC and I work in a similar fashion. We are not very fast at doing jobs but they are done correctly before moving on. I have a big to do checklist that I cross items off of. Everything will absolutely get a second and third look over before I feel confident in hitting the starter. |

We were completely anal about it. I bet I have nothing short of a hundred zip ties securing stuff, stopping rattles, protecting heat, etc. |
