But going to Aspec's website, they have 30 different vanity plates (each $45 a pop), and placed an order, and it told me my credit card was declined, then tried my 2 other cards, ALL declined. Then I realized the site didnt look like it was updated in 2 years, so I googled another site that carried it, found it, but it too was given me the same credit card decline. Positive my card works just fine so I mightve just gotten scammed. Anywho I found a site that makes replica japan plates for only $29 a piece, and with these you can customize them to say anything (like true vanity plates). Anyone think it would be a good idea to get a group buy of plates? Or maybe I should just start a new thread letting everyone know where they can get em? Cause they would be great to put on our cars for meets.
i want to, excepti 'm still looking for saitama plates instead of nagano XD

I'd be in for a plate deal. Need to come up with a cool one though. Hmmm...

Yeah, I know, it was just a GSXR but I built a TLR1000 and a couple MV's pretty much the same way. Had a shop 748R that was mine as well as a 1098 Tri Color that I moded out a bit. I love all bikes...yes....even Harleys. The cool thing about bikes is they are all so different (at least they used to be)

Any input on the carbon sideskirts? Think I found some to match mine.

Anyone know what those little carbon fins are called that go on the front bumper? They promote downforce I believe? Also, how do they mount, have to drill into the bumper?

Saw them on a GTR, anyone see them on a Z yet?

Canards or something.
Have not seen any specifically for the 370z yet, but I am sure if you contact some of the 350z companies and supply a car they will build them.

MCR Front Bumper Canards

you mean like these Adam? No, I don't have a clue how they're mounted, but dump $350 on it and I'm sure you can be the first to tell us

and dude...you know I'm right about the sideskirts...even Lou agreed that painting the top part would look better...right? right???? haha

Canards... Never would of guessed that one.

Thanks man, may be a bit much after seeing some pics.

I think I'll just add turbo's and keep the car looking stock. I'm going for the "SLEEPER" look

OK, maybe SLEEPER isn't the word for it

Now I almost feel like I have to add more HP. Can't have a stock Evo take the bat mobile out. Need to put the quietest wastegates I can find on it so no one knows its turbo'd.

the whole headlight thing isn't panning out too well. what i really need to do is sit down with ryan and marco and talk through what i wanted. but honestly the more i think about it, the less i want to put LEDs on the headlight area (demon eyes, not the iron man stuff). the amuse kit is plenty loud already, i'm thinking the LEDs will push it from "cool" to "rice" really quickly. dunno, what do you think?

btw, remember when your car looked like this?

i sure as hell don't!

I'm the poster child for doing whatever I want regardless... I like to hear peoples opinions though. Heck, I took a brand new Nismo and painted it.

Cool thing about the light mods is that you can turn it off and on. Not like some crazy graphics or spinner wheels..

I wish I could turn my LEDs on and burn the bumper of the car that cuts me off

I read an article about Jay Leno's Turbine Motorcycle. If I recall right, he's either at a light or in a parking area. Takes off on his bike and it melts the rubber bumper of the car that was too close to him. Not sure the outcome but pretty crazy just the same. You need headlights that do that

First, who's is that ugly Silver Nismo with the Carbon hood...WTF was he thinking? HAHAHA! Crazy that was my car a couple months ago, doesnt look anything like that anymore.

That GTR is sick. I'm not a huge GTR fan, love the motor just not my kind of car but when I went to that Fontana meet and saw that Password GTR I changed my opinion, granted the guy probably has 30K extra into it. This one same deal...looks mean! I was weary painting a $40K new car, painting a $80K GTR would of gave me a heart attack. Sick though....

After this crazy storm goes through we need to do a meet. Should be fun. No GTR's this time to steal our thunder
