Thanks for the info Cooltoy. I'll check it out.

As far as the oil pan spacer, I'm not running one. I'd rather save a little more and pick up the CJM baffled oil pan and be done with it.

That way I can run increased capacity, add a little bit of cooling, and be able to run stickier tires without the risk of oil starvation.

That thread is huge! thats a really generous offer, cooltoy! a lot of the things they're doing in that thread would eliminate the streetability of my car. even buying a lightweight battery would just be a swap in for track days, so I could use my OEM battery on the road.

My build has always been tailored for backroads, I just recognize the value of seat time in a closed environment with a certified instructor.

The bracket was holding 2 relays so I just zip tied them to some wires.

All in all I'd guess I saved around 22lbs.

You can install a permanent quick-connect header at the battery (I ran mine through the trunk floor so it's accessible outside the car with the trunk closed) to make it easy to hook up. It's great for maintaining the battery if the car is off a long time, and it knows exactly the charging profiles to use to max out the PC680. Even if I haven't been abusing my battery, I hook it up once every week or two just to let it top off the battery (it does a better job than the alternator does).
