2009 sports model?

My buddy bought an 09 370z and they're trying to tell him it's a sports model. It doesn't have sport brakes, s mode the wing or front lip. Are they full of ****?

It has bose speakers. What are the defining features of the touring?

easiest way to tell if it´s a sports model is if it has the round s-mode button on the front right of the shifter console (assuming manual).

touring will have heated leather seats, the bose sound system.
