ZDayZ 2015 - Club Sponsorship & Volunteering
 

This post is directed toward MAZOC members attending ZDayZ this year.

Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering again this year. I need to contact Bryan shortly about club sponsorship and to arrange a volunteer effort if that is what the club wants to do. I am thinking we can take ownership of the registration process like we did last year. We need a minimum of 4 people to handle registration.

She has work conflict so she probably won't make it.

I will be attending my first ZDAYZ with several friends that are veterans. Please let me know what is needed of a NEWBY. would like to experience all there is at ZDAYZ but willing to help where needed.

Sorry I haven't been to the C&C in a while in Columbia or VA. Wedding preparation and been out of the area for extended time.

Hello steve, wish I'could go. i'really love to but I'cant . never been to any meeting lately only once. I'hope you guys understand just very busy at work and preparation for my license @ work. someday I'will be there at the Z meet again. most of the time just browsing here @370Z forum.

Our assignments for this year:

Friday Afternoon Registration
Friday Dinner Door Guard (we only need about 2 total for this. I'm going to volunteer for one of the spots, so I'll need someone else to help me out. The primary function of the door guard is to keep outside alcohol out, otherwise FVR would lose its alcohol license.)

EDIT: Shahid is going to help me with the door guard, so we should have that covered.

I know I’m a little late in volunteering, but if you need an extra body just let me know! :tup:

We could always use an extra body. If you want to help out with registration or door guard feel free.

I have already submitted the volunteer form so we won't have a volunteer shirt reserved for you. It's possible there will be extras, though.
