Anyone try to repair curb rash themselves? I have a small scrap, about 2" long, that I got this past weekend. Plenty of Youtube videos showing how to do the repair yourself.
My concern is with the silver paint -- does anyone know what brand would match the OEM rims on a 2013 base model? FYI -- I got a quote from a local place, Wheel Fix It (kinda like the name), for $125, then another $15 to remount the tire. I sent a request to the local "Alloy Wheel Repair" place but have not heard back from them yet. |

Heh, I curbed mine in November. Just got them repaired and repowdered. Used "Wheel Doctor" and they did a good job.
Only downside was that they quoted me 2-3 days to do the job and took a full month until I was happy but whatever.
