Want to organize a Frederick MD meet

Edit**** this has gone from a meet to a car show. I think its too late in the season to start a new meet so I have decided to make it a one time event for the end of the season. I will however attempt to create a new meet for next year

Please read the flyer it has the necessary information. There has been some recent developments such as AAM is going to be there as a vendor and the categories for awards are as follows: peoples choice, best paint, best wheels, best JDM, best euro and best domestic. We will also be giving away prizes for things like longest distance traveled and something for the biggest contributor to the cause. For the the best JDM,euro and domestic there will be a first and second place trophy. There will be items raffled off and goodie bags as well for all those who donate in order to compete. We will have a DJ on hand along with food and drinks! Please come out to show your support! Thanks guys and girls

Works for me I drive to Rockville sometimes to meet with the national g guys and that's a 2 hour drive for me. So I'm usually game for a good turn out.

OK cool that's one. Hopefully we can get something going before the end of the summer. Maybe we can just plan one for now and see how it goes. Maybe if we get enough people to agree we can keep it going next year. I just think 10am on Saturday is a little too early

So I've got 3 people total so far plus myself. I was thinking about posting on the g forums as well. And if anyone is thinking about going please invite anybody else you know that has a sweet ride. All car guys welcome!

********update****** this just in! This will be a first annual car show for autism at pep boy's in Frederick MD on Saturday October 25th at 1pm. There will be food and prizes given away for different categories. The prizes iinclude pep boy's gift cards and goodie bags! All cars are welcomed. We will be asking for a small donation for cars entered in the competition.we are not asking for a specific amount anything is welcomed and appreciated. There will also be a raffle but the details for that are still in the works. I will be the one organizing this event so if anyone has any questions or concerns please contact me at 304-240-8538. Hope to see you there!

There will also be music and we will be trying to get some vendors there as well

I have 34 people signed up so far!!! Its going to be fun guys. I really hope to see my z brothers out there. So far mainly Hondas even some mini trucks and muscle cars! After all it is being held in Frederick! Please let me know! So far I have only 7 people from this forum who said they will be there. Let's get those numbers up!
