And, if you are out in the middle of nowhere ... like Western South Dakota, late in the evening... you know... dark, no towns nearby. And the moon isn't up.

Look at the stars from a dark site in South Dakota
And, if you are out in the middle of nowhere ... like Western South Dakota, late in the evening... you know... dark, no towns nearby. And the moon isn't up. Stop, get out of the car and look up. The milky way is an awesome site.

Another great Wyoming road
Another great road in Wyoming comes out of Jackson Hole. Highway 26/287. Takes you right past Hells Half Acre to Casper.
