Mazoc 2013 bbq - CANCELLED!

THE BBQ IS CANCELLED FOR SEPTEMBER 14TH

Here are the details for the official 2013 MAZOC BBQ. It will take place on September 14th at Cunningham Falls State Park in Thurmont, MD.

We will set up camp at the picnic area by the lake, but it is first-come first-serve area so we might need to get there early to get space. There will be a lot of activities for us to enjoy for the day other than the food itself. We will be planning a hike to go see Cunningham Falls. There will also be a cruise led by Randy for those who are interested. Of course you can also just relax by the lake the whole day if that's what you want. More details will come once we are closer to the BBQ and get more things planned.

The park opens up at 8 AM and we will need a couple of us to get there at that time to make sure we get a spot. If you'd like to join us then and help get things set up, you are more than welcome to do so. I'll set the start time for the event at 10 AM, but you can come whenever you have time. We'll probably grill lunch around noon and have some activities afterwards. We can also grill some dinner after we're done with the hike and cruise. The park closes at 6 PM so we might be there till then.

Here I will keep a list of who is coming and what they are bringing. I think if everyone can volunteer to bring something, it will benefit the group greatly and not put too much of a burden on any one person.
