It is. But I don't know of he is still there. Communication really fell off on his end for me. I was trying to order stock parts for my subie and sent 3 messages in a month to confirm my order and heard nothing...

That explains a lot. We have Ciocca dealers all over where im at. That's a bit more convenient then going to Philly.

Yeah Jomer consistently has lower prices than other vendors, even if its only by a few bucks. Havent bought my mods for either of my cars from anybody else.

I've used him and R/T Tuning because they got me a crazy deal on my diff for helping them advertise during the holidays.

Also he doesn't get a deal on proprietary or "weird" parts (Z1 stuff, wacky brake ducts etc)
