I Vtec, do you? I know Dan does... listen to him and become his apprentice. In two years, you'll be good to go.

you'll need 30 credits to get your MBA (master of boost applications)

I just don't trust that they are real.

I got my buddy looking for the link to it. He posted it last year so its going to take a little.

Do it! Im torn between a used a4 and used S10 right. My fear with the S10 is that it would be turbod and making stupid power and I would be in the same boat :/

And Yeah Red im looking for specs sir.

eastwest2300 08-29-2013 09:54 AM

OK, I'll be the first to say it... Have you considered the FANTASTIC fuel mileage that engine will get (premium fuel at that)? He probably used a gallon during that dyno run alone. :icon17: :stirthepot:

Just get a used Viper! I'd say either way you should probably build a parking cage to protect either vehicle from the side swiping drivers in your neighborhood!

eastwest2300 08-29-2013 10:16 AM

I'd still have lots of fun, even if it was "to and from work":rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

MyKindaGuise 08-29-2013 10:20 AM

Honestly Dee, Pat was already in solidworks last night working up a manifold design. And we were already looking at different compressor maps last night. We have a few turbo options that would be good. The two main ones we were looking at will have a completely different behavior from each other. So we will need to discuss.

Bro, you know honestly man, I trust your judgement, hell you know that, whatever we decide to do, we're gonna have fun doing it, and its gonna work. Thats all that matters.

b1adesofcha0s 08-29-2013 10:31 AM

I will have to agree with the Viper idea

Just a feeler. Once my final dyno run is done and I prove that the car makes a bunch of power and is reliable I will be selling my turbo kit for $4500. That include everything that was custom made. Reason: This was never a long term build. Just a project to show someone can do a good one off setup and innovate on this car. The REAL track build starts next spring with a low mount twin turbo kit using EFR6258s... Anyways IF interested PM me. Everything will be delivered and nothing shipped.

Also most of you with intakes and full exhausts can easily sell and recoupe about $1500-2000 just like I did. So full turbo kit for 2500...not too bad.lol

How does running it a few times on a dyno prove its reliable?

Well that was more for proof of power but honestly repeatedly redlining the car and putting down 450-500whp isn't exactly an easy task if your kit isn't reliable. I was going to run the kit for another 1-2k miles and try and get some pulls on the car. The kit is reliable regardless but I know people like to see it doing well out on the road.

In all seriousness, if anything, I'd do a basic supercharger for towing purposes and ease of removal. But that is about it.

Hey Dee, Florida State's new QB looked pretty good against Pitt Monday night. Make sure your team keeps winning games until October 19th ; )

eastwest2300 09-04-2013 10:37 AM

Dude, he looked REALLY sharp, I was fricken impressed, as most people were, hell this morning on Mike & Mike, Greenberg said jokingly.. "I annoint him the greatest college quarterback of all time"---funny sh1t!

I was pulling for Clemson to beat Georgia, Im glad they did.. Its gonna be an excellent game when FSU Plays them in October, ESPN is already hyping it up.

There is a chance that I will be going to Clemson for the game against FSU but if I don't maybe we should watch it together!

duuude! there's this pub near the capital, first time I've ever been there was this past monday, sooo many fans, excellent food and hott girls, let me know if you wanna hit it.. I do have to warn you, its 90% FSU alumn.

eastwest2300 09-04-2013 12:34 PM

They show ALL FSU games, I guess a former player owns it, but it was a fun place to be.

Yeah, I have a feeling this game might be determined just by who has the ball last. Regardless of who wins, its going to be close and a great game!

Clemson has similar viewing parties as you describe. I think we have a place in Baltimore and a couple in DC that the alumni groups congregate at. The alumni groups tend to make deals with certain bars to show all the games for everyone to go watch together at. I'd also believe the bar you went to could be owned by an FSU alumn. I'm so excited for football this season!
