Would love to do this... I'm so behind on movies and it gets worse ever week... :(

Yes for Man of Steel, not sure about World War Z (since it is not about our Zs).

So I dunno if any of you read a lot, but the WWZ book was basically a pretty thinly veiled commentary on US foreign policy and was very clevery executed by telling the story from multiple characters' viewpoints.

They did away with all of that and just made "Brad Pitt with zombies". Even the author acknowledges that the movie strays completely from the source material.
