Worst I've done is 10 hrs from MD to Kentucky and then 10 hrs back the next day. Would have been nicer if I had my Z, but I had a Sienna on the way down and an Escalade on the way back.

Got the car running again. The stock file stored on the SCT tuner was corrupted. SCT wrote a new stock tune file and remotely flashed the device, then we were able to return the car to stock and load the Cobb.

Blew a charge pipe off on test drive, though, so we need to re-tighten everything and put it through a good test tonight.

The stockers are like marshmallows and allow for a lot of movement.

It sounds really good, though. I'm jelly. Z is quiet as a whisper.

So I had to take my car back to D&V because there was something underneath the paint on the driver's side door that they missed somehow.

Because D&V is awesome, they gave me a loaner convertable mustang.

So far:
-Car feels floaty, especially through corners
-Accelerates nicely. Makes a nice noise when doing so.
-Digging the convertable. One of the few cars where I don't feel like the soft top ruins the look of the vehicle.
-Some nasty blind spots. Almost as bad as the Z.
-Interior is so much nicer than ours. Vented/cooled leather bucket "racing" seats, MS sync is really nice etc.
-Car comes pre-blacked out. Really like the tails/headlights.

Kinda like how we had to modify the rear y-pipe and muffler exhaust hangers on the Max installing the Stillen

"bolt-on" mods usually mean "some assembly and modification required"

usually the case for 95% of the systems out there, including ours, unfortunately nothing comes out perfect, and you can also blame the car manufacturers sometimes too as they don't pump out these cars all the same so exhaust/bumper alignments can be off because of that too

I couldn't agree more. The tolerances from car to car are going to vary. Only so much manufacturers can do to take that into account when designing the jigs to fabricate parts

In this case we need to raise the exhaust. I can't remember how the hangers are mounted to the pipes, so maybe we can bend them down to raise it up. If not I think we'll need shorter rubber isolators.
