1. I don't drive in cold weather. this cold front is just ill-timed lol
2. I know it's bad but it's not like I'm going out balls to the walls with it cold.
3. it'll be back to normal temps tomorrow just a little cold in the am.

That's the damn truth right there. Unless you're racing, almost nobody needs an oil cooler.

Summer tires in the summer, winter tires in the winter. You have like 8 sets of wheels to put tires on. Problem solved.

I've been getting my oil temps up near 260 on my solo cruises and this is in like 70 degree weather. Didn't used to get that hot pre-tune unless I was cruising in like 100 degree temps. Doing another trackday will be fun in the summer without an oil cooler

I was the unfortunate almost nobody. My car always ran hot 220/240 in moderate traffic... Even before the SC.

RIP Tony...

But let's be honest: 220-240 shouldn't be considered "hot". Unless you're driving a Z lol

If it was Shendandoah I might have considered it, but it's the main circuit.

I've done the main circuit already and I really want to do Shendandoah. Probably only going to do one more track day, if anything at all, so I'd prefer to do an event that's on the Shenandoah circuit.

Why don't we all plan on hitting the final TrackDaze Shenandoah trip, in October? Tons of time to prep for it, so no excuses... :-p

I would go along but not really interested in driving track until an oil cooler and brake upgrades occur. That will not be this year and probably not next year either. Got a kid in college and all. However, if there is a group going, I would be very happy to go along as a group photographer.
