Oh, and then you get PB Blaster/brake fluid/fuel all over your exposed wounds.

aka "demon bolt"

Actually, that one isnt bad at all with the right tools. You dont even need to get your hands in there.

No, no - I'll go with the number 7 cylinder spark plug on a 4th Gen F-Body. Reference my war wounds:

Anybody looking for a nice Z? They gave me 28 for it when I traded it in, they sure aren't making much.

Used 2011 Nissan 370Z Touring

Been there done that, had the hands and arms, just not with a 4th Gen F-Body. The MGB did have some tight corners for some of the stuff I did. Rust was my enemy since it was Washington State in the late 70's. (salt) And the ex's Pinto. Then just building other peoples hot rods. I don't have the pics to prove it though. Gloves are the resolution for some of this. Think I may invest in a pair.

Wow, you got 28? That was a hell of a trade-in if you ask me.

On the other hand, I don't know how well you did with your truck yet. AHEM.

I have several pairs of work gloves, but I BELIEVE that space was extremely tight (enough that the gloves were catching on everything) and I needed tactile feedback while I was working on it at the time. That made gloves a non-option at the time.

Yes, it took a lot of haggling, they offered it to me sight unseen. The most I got at other dealerships said the most theyd give me is 24-25 and they wouldnt budge. This one was so desperate to get rid of this truck, they said theyd take a hit on the trade-in. They initiall offered me 25 but I wasnt going to let that fly.

The Ram was MSRP'd at a hair over 38. I got it OTD (taxes, tags, processing) for a little over 32. It had been sitting on their lot since mid January. They threw in a Tonneau cover as well.

Sounds like a pretty solid deal.

Just stopped to try to help a broken down Z. I think the poor guy's alternator went out. Nothing I could do.
