Actually my house would be a pretty good spot in the future, just not now. Once they get the construction site cleaned up and have grass growing in the area behind my house. Though parking would definitely be an issue.

What about the 4th of july weekend? (the 4th falls on a friday).. you could do the BBQ on a Saturday or Sunday.

And its NOT "months" out..:p

August would be tentative for me, as I'll be leaving to go FLETC for Deputy US Marshal training, im just not sure what day I'll be leaving.

Not to plan it, but to schedule a date that works for like 15 different people.

That could be hard to do being that the threads have been pretty quiet for a while now, but you never know, you could always reach out to folks.
