Hardy har har. I know you're being facetious. It's pretty obvious why they break a 180* turn down into two separate turns. They drive like two separate turns, it makes it easier to segment the track for discussing setup with your engineers "Hey Bubba, turn 1 (of 2:icon17:) is bumpy" is so much easier than "Hey Bubba, that there turn over yonder is bumpy", and it makes it much easier for a spotter to communicate "LOOK OUT, someone turned left!!!"with the driver about the position of incidents or anything else on track. That's the case for most ovals that feature these 180* corners.
