Honestly...im not even proud to say this.

I just picked up some meguiars ultimate polish and my grandfather had a 20some year old buffer he never got around to using...so I used that haha. Had some sort of wool buffing pad..very soft. Anywho I plan to pick up a new polisher and pads and materials.

Im pleased 1st time buffing + 20-30yr old buffer... :roflpuke2: :bowrofl:

Quiet Day in MAZOC Land

Pretty quiet in here today. I spent the day washing the ZL1, the washed, waxed and detailed the interior of Laura's Equinox. Pretty muggy out there today. Now relaxing watching the Birds trying to sweep the Yanks.

Yeah typically any kind of polishing agent will take out a lot of oxidation in the headlights, it's a good start at least. I remember using Mothers Mag polish on my MR2 taillights back then, made such a big difference

Detailers' Domain's 4th of July sale kicks off tomorrow. Thinking about picking up some of that Sonax poly net seal stuff. Any idea how/when it's applied and how long it lasts?

Okay, when you need to just laugh watch this. Then watch it again...and again.

Not that its an excuse or anything but I feel like the people standing right next to the track deserve a hurferydurferydoo as well - lets stand right next to a track that has no discernible protection barrier other than a chain link fence where ridiculously overpowered cars will be driven by amateurs...

Srs DIY weekend!

JLT oil separator Friday night and washed/clayed/waxed the car

Installed the Redline Goods leather shift boot and e-brake boot in the 5.0 on Saturday.

And DIY'd Steve's old 5.0 Ford Racing axle-back exhaust and X-pipe. Slight exhaust leak in the x-pipe connectors, but gonna get those welded up tight this week hopefully :tiphat:
