I'm fairly amazed at how much lower the vette is compared to the Z. It would appear that the internet says it is four inches lower. Seems like more in these shots.

dude, I just noticed that, that is crazy...

The difference is probably exaggerated since the Z is closest to the camera.

i park next to my boy's C6 all the time at his house and the difference doesnt look as dramatic as the angle in the pic.

So are we going to do a BBQ this year or what? Guessing no but I figured I'd ask...

I would agree. Perspective is an odd duck. Specially with wide-angle. As we see with this shot... thanks FPenvy. The internet does give it four inches though. With suspension mods, who knows.

yea i took this on my iphone so no special camera or lens. al may have some suspension done on top of the Z06 suspension. i'm guessing it a tad lower than a regular C6.

I would like to do a bbq but let's not plan one out so far ahead that everyone changes their mind about going. Ramadan is starting at the end of this month so I won't be able to do it till the beginning of August. We can do the same location we planmed last year, just need to pick a date and have people bring stuff.

The z06 may be lower than a regular vette stock. Also, the vettes in that pic are angled a bit more, and the vette is a longer car, so that may also contribute.

Actually my house would be a pretty good spot in the future, just not now. Once they get the construction site cleaned up and have grass growing in the area behind my house. Though parking would definitely be an issue.

August would be tentative for me, as I'll be leaving to go FLETC for Deputy US Marshal training, im just not sure what day I'll be leaving.

Not to plan it, but to schedule a date that works for like 15 different people.

That could be hard to do being that the threads have been pretty quiet for a while now, but you never know, you could always reach out to folks.
