Haven't had a single issue with my PS4 and my original launch edition PS3 lasted 6 years before it finally died. My only issue right now is the lack of quality games available. I beat ACIV and went back to PS3 for Ratchet & Clank and now GT6. The other good launch games for PS4 got delayed till next year.

Lots of people getting the "blue light of death" with the PS4. Not saying it will happen, just that it's more likely to happen if you buy the system at launch.

I will spring for one as soon as Dark Souls 2 is available.

Don't do the early adoption thing with consoles. They still have HW bugs to work out and if you try to buy one off of amazon right now, you'll get price gouged by greedy opportunistic ******** who are trying to get parents to overpay for their kids' presents.

Just wait if you want one. Come summer there will be a "new" PS4 bundle that has some new feature like backward compatibility or it'll be packaged with a Vita or something like it is in Europe.

Edit: Haha check this out - Amazon.com: PlayStation 4: Video Games
"Available December 27th" - since they'll be charging an inflated price for delivery prior to christmas.

Thanks dude..

I think the ones being sold where directly from Amazon, although I did see ones that were priced in the $600 range too. But you're right, Im not in a rush, although I do want one..

eastwest2300 12-21-2013 05:11 PM

You fellas need to check out "the division" trailers, holy sh1t, that game is sick as fvck.

m4a1mustang 12-21-2013 09:55 PM

That does seem like it's going to be a cool game. Watch Dogs is interesting, too. It was supposed to launch in November but they delayed it.

b1adesofcha0s 12-21-2013 10:20 PM

Watch Dogs and Infamous are the games I'm waiting for.

dmhenderson 12-21-2013 10:26 PM

Dark Souls 2
Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2
The Division
The new Twisted Metal and Metal Gear games whenever those come out

Yeah, the infamous series is pretty dope, I can't wait for the new Uncharted game.

b1adesofcha0s 12-21-2013 11:01 PM

Uncharted on PS4 is going to be amazing.

eastwest2300 12-22-2013 07:07 AM

I know.. I can't even imagine, the first 3 were fantastic...

dmhenderson 12-22-2013 08:24 PM

Any of you guys use Bosch wiper blades?
I always used rain-x on my '09 but I heard the Bosch ones are better somewhere (? yeah I realize these are wiper blades we're talking about).

I got a pair for $18 shipped. Better than Autozone anyway.

m4a1mustang 12-22-2013 08:52 PM

Yes. Bosch Icon are my favorite.

Yeah, no they're not. Oh well. I'll cancel the ones I bought and re-order.

What vendor did you use? That does seem like a good price.

dmhenderson 12-22-2013 09:25 PM

Car Part Kings through Amazon. They were $5.75 a piece + $6 shipping. They were the Clear Align blades though and not the Icon blades.

b1adesofcha0s 12-22-2013 09:26 PM

My factory wipers are still going strong after almost 70k miles.

dmhenderson 12-22-2013 09:29 PM

I've used the Bosch Icon's for years and loved them, but tempted to give the Rain-X Latitude a try soon. Stock Mustang wipers suck :|

chieuxuan 12-23-2013 07:27 AM

Rain-X Latitude sucks, try a different brand Jay.

Yeah, no reason to switch from the Icons. They are the best ones I have used so far. I switched to them from the Rain-X Latitude.

XiP 12-23-2013 08:03 AM

:wtf2:

I've never actually used Rain X on my car... but rather for this
Put Rain-X on your Shower Doors to Make Water Bounce Right Off

I used it for years, but recently switched to Aquapel (car, not shower).

I actually did it the night before so as not to embarrass myself on Saturday. Well, at least not embarrass myself on the install.

Wasn't too bad, only a little bit of crying and brief potty mouth.

I know you're thinking you missed a golden opportunity to be able to tell your friends that you did an install on H2O's car, but trust me there will be plenty of other opportunities.

Someone already called dibs on upgrading my headlight oil (and I'm only being charged $100 and a 6-pack of beer).

Blinker fluid, not headlight oil. God.
