Yep, you are right! I hoped not, but this is downright embarrassing! 41 to 7 and the fourth quarter has not even started yet. Can't believe I'm still watching this game. We have been :owned:

Herp derp... leaving at 6AM tomorrow to drive 4.5-5 hours to Martinsville, VA to see the Cup race.

Then driving right back in the same day. If I'm home before midnight I'll be happy!

eastwest2300 10-26-2013 09:49 PM

just you, the lady, and the Z.. have fun bro.

m4a1mustang 10-26-2013 09:55 PM

Taking the ST. :p It's way more comfortable and convenient for trips. Better MPG, more tech, more torque, etc.

I use the Z for solo fishing and camping trips, though.

And the next mod is...................................

Chassis Brace Package

Mightybobo informed me the mustangs fuel pump may be dead, so I might as well have the sub-frame connectors welded in while its getting fixed... right? :icon17:

Also... looking on mustang forums for input on this stuff is rather annoying.

all i see is "durp durrr! quarter mile!"

Do it!!!

Then put some braces on your braces, so you can brace while you brace.

Update since I haven't been on here in a while:
-Swapping my 92mm pulley for an 88mm pulley

-Hill's Garage is awesome and also very expensive

-Kirk, I moved the SC fluid reservoir up off of that condenser line and Frank managed to figure out how to extend the reservoir bracket to keep it off of the intake pipe. Also, I met a guy with possibly the coolest rat-rod I've ever seen (60 cadillac deville) who apparently knows you. He mentioned he knows a guy building a 240z track car and I said "oh hey, I know that guy!'.

-He's going to build me a custom undershroud because I don't want to pay $400 to Zspeed.

-Fantastic turnout at my first hosted car show this weekend. 70 cars (mostly classics) but probably a good 200-300 people showed up and we raised a bunch of money for VFW. True to form - I got hammered and sunburnt. It was awesome.

-You also mentioned you had been looking to get Sam to sell you the 88mm pulley for years now. You can buy it right here: http://www.gtmotorsports.com/product...cat=258&page=1
Certainly not cheap, but there it is.

Glad to hear that your car-show was a success! I am sorry that I was out of town and could not make it!

I'll put the pictures I took in an album if anyone's interested. There was 900hp Z28 there that literally shook the earth at idle. Enough to set off car alarms from a football field away.

Well I almost made it to the meet today but not all the way. Stopped at the Ford dealer about a mile and half away. Test drove and settled on a loaded Fiesta ST. Fun little car to replace my pig of a Mazda for daily driving with lots of nice accessories, including Recaro seats up front. It has a Direct Injection 1.6L 4-cyl. Turbo 6-speed Manual. Driving to and from work just became a little bit more fun.

I didn't have pics of the seats but here is exactly what they look like in another Fiesta ST

Awesome, Jon! I love those Recaros... I get jealous every time I drive Dana's car.
